Second Choice Remote Mailing provides an online platform for customers to upload documents, select mailing options, and have us print, prepare, and mail those documents through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not upload documents that contain illegal content, threats, harassment, or any material that violates applicable law.
4. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required at the time of order submission. Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation. Refunds may be issued for orders that have not yet entered the printing phase.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Second Choice Remote Mailing. We are responsible for properly preparing and submitting your mail to USPS. Once mail is accepted by USPS, delivery responsibility transfers to the postal service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Second Choice Remote Mailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
